Villa Required Long Term from 1st Feb 2016

I am retiring at Christmas and my wife and I are looking to come out to Quesada to initially rent a place whilst we decide whether to buy out there or not. We are looking for a large 2 bed or a 3 bed villa with access to a pool (private or communal). We also have a four year old Staffie (well behaved) coming with us. If you know of anything that will be available from 1st Feb please let me know. We will be over for a week mid Jan to view and pay deposit and fees etc. thanks Sam
