Hi, looking for a townhouse/ villa for my husband and I and our well behaved dog! We are retired and requiring the property from mid October for 6 months. Preferably within walking distance of shops and restaurants (1-2kms).
Outside space is a must for all of us! Rent up to 800 Euros per month inc.bills. Preferred areas, Dona Pepa, Lo Mirabu. Many thanks, Gwen

Hi Gwen.

I would advise that you check what the going rate is, as 800 euros is a bit expensive for a townhouse, a good size villa with pool could be that price.

If there are just two of you then the townhouses around Lo Marabu would be ok as they are mostly 3 bedroom and have some good outside space. They were going for around 500 euros a month (long term) but with the short supply at present they may be a bit more now. There are also 2 bed bungalows with a bit of front garden/terrace space and quite a few people have dogs in the bungalows and houses around Lo Marabu.

All of Dona Pepa including Lo Marabu is mostly within walking distance of bars and restaurants and only the Laguna Hotel area is lacking a supermarket. The other areas have some sort of supermarket.

If you look on our map here you will see what's in each area of Dona Pepa:

Hope this helps.
