A beautiful 2 bedroom Town House that sleeps 5 situated in luxurious settings with 5 swimming pools in Dona Pepa II in Ciudad Quesada Costa Blanca.

This beautiful 2-bedroom house, comfortably sleeps 5, 2 in a king size bedroom, 2 in a double and a 5th in a pull down single (if required). It is situated in luxurious settings that is 'Residencia Albamar' with beautifully maintained gardens and 5 swimming pools, ranging from the children's pool to the deeper and larger adult pools, one which has a jacuzzi.

Albamar is within walking distance of Bars, (Coopers Bar, La Vida Sunset Bar), Supermarkets (Gama) (Consum), Restaurants, Hairdressers, Butchers, Pharmacies, etc. and is within easy walking distance to the town of Ciudad Quesada. Guadamar del Segura beach is only a ten minutes drive away and can be reached via public transport.

The house is fully equipped, with a fitted kitchen, bedding, towels for indoor use, garden furniture including sofa and chairs, table and chairs, parasol etc. There is a washing machine and clothesline. The house also benefits from integral air conditioning / heating units, Fibre Optic Broadband, DVD / Blu Ray player, HD TV, stereo with radio.

We have installed a TV service with TV channels, including BBC, ITV and CH4 services, as well as movies, sports channels etc. The upstairs veranda has views over the town and the salt lakes.

We have a 3 bedroom property in Dona Pepa II on other dates.

Hi Terri, many thanks for your enquiry
Currently we have availability for a 2 Bedroom town house on Albamar, with 5 pools that sleeps up to 5 people for the dates that you mention
The cost for this is 550 Euros PM plus bills, TV & Wifi, plus a vacating cleaning fee of 60 Euros.

HI SEAN, WE HAVE A 2 BEDROOM TOWN HOUSE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR DATES ON ALBAMAR WHICH HAS 5 POOLS AT 550 EUROS PM, PLUS BILLS, UK TV & WIFI. PLUS A VACATING CLEANING FEE OF 60 EUROS.

Is your 3 bedroom not available for our dates?

We may have 5 adults over the new year. Im not sure where your single pull out bed is located and if it would be suitable for a 5th adult.

Hi Terri, the 3 bedroom is only available from the 23/12/18 - 10/3/19. The put me up bed can be sited in one of the bedrooms or in the lounge. You could move into the 3 bedroom one on 23/12/18 until vacating but you will then have two vacating cleanings to pay making a total of 130 Euros.

We are renting in Quesada at present, but have had some issues.
We usually rent September October every year.
So we are looking at next year.
Would it be possible to view your property in Albamar,
