Basement garage (relatively cool during summer and warm during winter) together with storage room at Rojales center (Castillo 15, 150 meters from the old bridge), where the car parking is difficult. Highly secured garage with remote control lock, electric light, for a safe and convinient parking at Rojales center. 46 Euros per month.

Hello, I have just bought this one. The garage has a very convienent location, drive in and drive out easily even if all vehicles are parked. Also it is rather difficult to park on the street in this area as it is very central at Rojales and also because many streets are restricted for offroad parking.

You are most welcome to view the garage and just let me know.

Storage room is used by my friend, so oly garage is available now.
