Detached Villa available for Holiday Lets

Hi - I also have a 3 bed/2 bath detached villa available for holiday lets. I think it is close to Dave's as it also a 5 minute walk to the Club and Country Club . The communal pool is on the doorstep and it comes with British freeview tv and wifi. If anybody wants to know any further details please either email me or send me a pm.

Mine is on Calle Martin Fierro, I will bear you in mind as people somtimes ask me for another close by for family ect, if I get a double booking I will forward them to you.
I offer mine at a cheap price to attract frequent lets.
Do you have a cleaner for changeovers or do you do yours yourself? We used to look after a few villas when we lived there. I'm looking for someone reliable and honest to do changeovers and hold keys.

Hi Neighbour mine is Campos de Castilla - pretty close ....... I will reciprocate and if I get any double bookings I will also recommend you. I have a lovely Irish girl who does my changeovers for me. If you would like her details I can either email them to you or pm you whichever you would prefer. Hope to see you over there sometime.

Hiya - I have somebody in at the moment but they actually leave on Friday so as long as my cleaner has time to do the changeover laundry etc it should be available. Are you in Spain at the moment as if you are I could give you the contact details for my keyholder and she would be able to give you an idea when the villa will be available.
