Hi all, just to let you know that if the above property doesn't have a firm offer for sale by the end of this month I will be putting it out for long term rental.Please direct all enquiries to Vincent Estate agents, Benijofar where you will have to supply the necessary references and proof of income.They will be informed of this possibility prior to the end of May.I'm sorry that I won't be able to go into further details or supply photos as the agent is handling my property while I'm away.
