House to rent or buy - Now found one. Thank you

We are looking for a month to month rental while we look for a property to buy in the area, must be clean/modern and also allow pets as we have an elderly dog & 2 elderly cats who are all VERY well behaved&just sleep outside for most of the day. We are a mature non smoking couple, very clean, responsible, respectful & house proud and can pay up to 450 euros per month including bills. 

We are also looking for a property to purchase either in or around Quesada, at least 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in a quiet street away from busy roads with some outside space.Must be clean but dont mind decorating &TLC, maximum budget 110,000 euros.

We have a 2/3 bed blue top with one bathroom at the moment but another scheduled to be fitted in August/September it has a large solarium and large front terrace (two four seater tables and a large double barbecue easily fit on) also two smaller terraces which each fit smaller tables and chairs. There is also a covered carport and the blue top itself has been converted into an office for my husband. our asking price is exactly your budget. The area is very quiet and we also have a dog as do some of our neighbours so it is an animal friendly community. There is also a lovely communal swimming pool.
