Available from 4th December a two bedroom, one bathroom house on two levels. Part furnished, clean and well maintained. It is situated on Calle Opalo just down from the water park and at the top of Benimar, on a small, quiet Conjunto with lovely swimming pool, green areas and gardens, fabulous views. There is an underground garage with private parking/storage space, also additional visitors parking. Some stairs up to the property and internal. Long let only, 11 months renewable, rental is 450€ month plus deposit and bills. References with contact telephone number are required. For further info and photos please PM me.

No licence required for Long term rentals but you need to see the Energy Certificate and Habitation Certificate .

Hello you do not need a Licence for a long term Rental.
