Looking for a long term rental property if anyone can help, the owner of my present property wants to sell, been there nearly 5yrs, heart broken to be honest.

Thats the nightmare of rental, you get 5 years right to stay, then youre at the mercy of the owner.

Can you not buy the property maybe on a Rent to buy basis
