Long Term Rental Rules

Can anyone tell me if they have changed the length of time to class a property as' long term' someone has told me minimum term for long term rental is now 12 months and any less is classed as short term and requires tourist license. Thank you

not correct short term can be under 3 months depends on how the contracts are set up and long term is any term above that but if you want a definitive term you need to look at a Seasonal Rental Contract
Legally there is no such term as a 12 months rental as the law allows the tenant a term of up to 5 years

A rental is classed as long term if it the tenants only residence
