by frederick » Sat Nov 22, 2014 6:07 pm
Long term rental wanted, retired couple, non - smokers with two well behaved very small dogs, a chihuahua and a yorkshire terrier looking for a furnished property with english t/v in Catral or nearby area. We need accommodation from 4th. April 2015 to 21st. June 2015 a period of 11 weeks stay. Would prefer a ground floor property with some outside space or would consider a house sitting project.

Hi Frederick
Don't know if your still looking for an apartment. We have one we rent out. Ground floor fully furnished, balcony, gated community, satellite TV. 200.00 euro a week which includes bills. Can do the period your looking for.

Colly
If you require the apartment on a long term rental, ie a minimum of 6 months, we will do that at 250 euro a month plus bills.
Ill try and send some photos when if I can work out how to do this, sorry, not great on this thing.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. I look forward to seeing the pics. A minimum of 6 months would be fine.

Frederick.
Many thanks for your response. With great respect 11 weeks is not generally considered a "long let". This term usually refers to not less than 6 months. The dates you require April to June are "peak" weeks and 200 euro a week including all bills would be considered a reasonable price.
However, I wish you every success is finding something "cheaper" for that period. If I can be of service, please advise.
Kind Regards
