2 bed 1.5 bath house to rent in Doña Pepa II . The house has just been decorated in every room and deep cleaned throughout, has new beds and a new sofa. The property has air con in both bedrooms and living room. It has a driveway in the front or it can be used as a seating area. There is a communal pool but is far enough away not to be disturbed by the noise. There are glass curtains in the front patio area and sun blinds. No smokers allowed . Fully furnished 520€. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. An 11 month contract and deposit of 2 months rent upfront.
