This lovely terraced bungalow consists of a large front garden/driveway, a terrace overlooking the front garden, a living room, american kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Both bedrooms and living room have airconditioning/heating.

The bungalow has a back area with access via staircase to a large solarium, perfect for summer evenings. The house is located in the neighborhood of Lo Marabu (Doña Pepa), with access to community swimming pool and is just a few minutes walk from Aldi and Consum supermarkets and also restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and pubs, etc. 450€ per month plus utility bills.
