Is it an apartment? detached? town house? does it have a private pool?

Not common knowledge, but if your property is on a community, you need to seek the permission of the community residents before you rent. If they have any sense they will refuse permission. We have rented properties on our community and they are badly maintained.

Really? I can't see anything in Horizontal or Spanish law that says you need permission of the community to rent your property out.
You may have it as a special statute in your community rules but it certainly isn't a general rule.

And not very helpful to someone trying to rent out property (legitimately) to have that over his post.

There is nothing in our community rules saying you need permission to rent out and in fact two or three of us do. I would like to add that they are amongst the best kept properties on our community and need to be if you are going to rent out legally and responsibly as you wouldn't get the reviews to attract customers.
