We have a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with oil heating and air conditioning. It also has own pool, full outside bbq room plus off road car port parking. What would their budget be per month?

So we don't waste your time I think they are looking at 550-600 but of course there are things like electricity now which I am sure you would have a view on too in the current economic climate ? We would be looking for €750 per calendar month plus bills

Given your description of your house I fully understand this but this would be beyond their budget. Nvertheless cab I thank you for taking the time to reply and responding promptly.
