Is this a long term rental? If it is a short term it will need a registered tourist licence.

Please advise quickly as any short term rental will be removed, without a licenced number.

Thank you.

I was told the same by one firm of solicitors in Quesada, but the opposite by everyone else. On reading through the decree in Valenciana as far as I can make out you need a licence regardless of whether it's one property or several. It's better to be safe than sorry, especially as it doesn't cost anything to get the licence.
