We are renting our property long term, we have no idea about how to go about doing this legally paying tax etc, any advise would be greatly appreciated

Hello
We rent our property long term. We pay the community fee, suma, agents fees and non residents property tax. The property tax is paid quarterly.

Ps forgot to mention we pay for all repairs. The tenants pay the utilities and rent.

Make sure you use an agent. You need someone on the ground to handle issues that will arrise.
