First floor apartment,Benijofar. Double bedroom, use of bathroom with walk in shower. Use of lounge and TV, kitchen. Very small outside space, balcony. Working single/couple preferred. Dog or cat welcome. Available from 1st March. 450 euros pm inclusive of bills.

There is a double bedroom, bathroom, large lounge, kitchen and balcony. I am away a lot of the time so you have that space to yourself. There's also an upstairs solarium and outside space with washing line here.
If price is an issue, we could come to an arrangement as I realise now 450 pm is a bit high!
