HI

I am looking for a long term villa rental, preferably unfurnished. At least one year and preferably renewable.

Detached villa, 3 beds min, 2 bath/shower rooms. Private pool would be nice but not essential.

Most areas around Quesada considered, Lo Maribu, Dona Pepa etc. El Raso, Not Algorfa or Lo Crispin.

Rent up to €1000 per month dependant on property.

The rental is for myself and wife, both retired. We have been residents of Spain for 11 years, all legal. Can prove income if required and offer references if needed.

We are both non smokers and have no pets.

If anyone has anything available now or in the next couple of months that they may think could be of interest please send PM.
