Urgent- accommodation needed

URGENT!
Hello there,
Our friend are in their way by car to ciudad quesada but they notice their rent for the house has been cancelled, they arrive in 5 hours and they have no accommodation!!!
does anyone know of a villa with private pool, min 5 beds located in or near to ciudad quesada and available from today until August 5 for 7 people (3 kids and 4 adults).

Goodness me how awful and stressful for them, hope they are able to get accommodation. Not an ideal start to their holiday.
It would help other potential clients if they name the company who have cancelled without prior notice.
