Villa for rent

A friend showed me your Villa to rent post, yesterday. I am very interested to know if it would be available Oct & Nov this year? If you could please let me know

Hi, my wife and I are moving to Costa Blanca south on 1/6/2023 and are looking for a long term rental for at least 12 months.
We need 2 bathrooms and 2 or more bedrooms, must have plenty of outside space and in a sunny orientation. Must be fully furnished to a modern standard. Property needs to be within a 20-25 minute drive from Guardamar as our elderly parents live there which is one of the reasons we are moving. Thanks in advance, Darren & Sarah Gee.
