Wanted winter rental

Looking for a winter rental for October/november for a minimum ofthree months as we will be coming over to buy a home. We are both in our 60s and have one dog a springer spaniel. If you have a rental or know someone who has please contact me. We would prefer a place with outside space because of dog thank you
