Winter rental

Looking for 2/3 bed, 2 bath accommodation for winter rental for 4-5 months (Nov – Mar) whilst looking for a property …and avoiding the UK winter!
Very responsible senior citizens. Flexible with dates, area and open to 2 shorter rentals, if necessary.
Will also post on various Fb pages to maximise exposure, so you may well see this post elsewhere.
I do know all the rules.

Avoiding the UK winter? You are aware the maximum time you can stay is 90 days or 3 months?
You then can't return until another 3 months has passed.
Even if you have a EU passport you are limited to 90 days although you don't have to stay away for a further 90 days.

Just find an empty house or villa to your liking, break the lock, make it your home, Bobs your uncle Fanny's your aunt. That's what seems to be happening everywhere. Good luck finding somewhere legally.
