whats the reason for sale please?how close to facilities?which golf course?
any noisey neighbours,barking dogs ,loud music from bars ,is it mostly holiday renters area or people living there full time?how old is the property and communal charges ?thanks.

One would assume on the forum 'TALK QUESADA' that the golf course in question would be QUESADA unless other wise stated. GLASSMAN your questions are valid but I doubt very much if the vendors would tell you if they had "any noisey neighbours,barking dogs ,loud music from bars ,is it mostly holiday renters area". If they had any of the above and publicly advertised the fact they would stand zero chance of a sale ..

It is indeed Quesada golf course. There are no noisy neighbors or barking dogs. At least not while we have been there. Bars etc are a few minutes walk away, but not near enough to hear them. It has a mixture of holiday home owners and permanent residents. We have a well run community. I am only selling due to being unable to fly without using oxygen. Also as the apartment is upstairs with fabulous views, it is now a problem for me. I will look up when it was built and the current community fees. Thank you for your interest.
