The reason you aren't getting many viewers is your house is probably overpriced! Buyers won't come if there is a cheaper property similar or a better property for a little more! I've just been on Kyero and your house is listed with 5 different agents so it seems it's being marketed fine. There are plenty of Quesada property for less so lots of competition out there. Good luck with the sale.

Can you give us an idea of which part of Quesada the house located?

Calle Asturias. Off Naciones near Gama.

Good location with close proximity to number of quality restaurants within easy walking distance.

I think its a great idea to ask for a recommendation and get €1,000 just for the intro. Agents charge far too much in Spain, in UK between 1% and 2% maximum. They bring people over who want something to do on a Sunday, cant afford what the villa is worth, or actually looking for a flat! This way at least you get someone who is genuinely interested and looking for a beautiful spacious villa in a lovely quiet road in Quesada

That's exactly why I did it. Thank you for your supportive comment. Hopefully we will get the desired result and perhaps save 12000.00€ in commission and IVA. Which can be passed onto a buyer.
