Have Now Bought a property, Thanks!

Postby Bluenoddy63 » Wed Jul 24, 2019 3:42 pm

My Wife and I are currently in Spain (Till 27th July 2019) scoping out potential locations and property.
We have decided we would like to buy in Dona Pepa (near to Coopers Arms pub) area.
We are returning next week to sell our UK house in Essex and will then be in the position of Cash buyers with quick completion.

We are after a 2 or 3 bed property with Private pool (or room for a pool) and are looking to spend no more than Euro 150,000.00

Anybody thinking of selling?

Yes we are thinking of selling,we live at la marquesa golf course which is about 5 mins from Coopers Arms. The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very large underbuild which was renovated last year to a high standard. .If you wish to PM me you are more than welcome to come and have a look, i promise you both you will not be disappointed. Thank you for considering my message.

Unfortunately that area is "too hilly" for us. We have viewed some properties there already. But thanks for your response.

I’ve just replied to this but it looks like it’s disappeared. Here goes again.....

I’ve also been hunting for property in the Dona Pepa area so know what’s out there and I think you will struggle to find somewhere with a private pool for your budget. I did come across one though that comes under your budget and is very close to Coopers.

I actually made an offer on that property that was accepted but had to pull out as seller wanted a very quick completion which I couldn't guarantee. Thanks anyway.

Oh that’s a shame. Just bear in mind though it can be very noisy near the bars at night when there is music on. Great for staggering home after though

Hi I have just put my home for sale you can see it on Barcelo ref 1645 or intasun ref 1206 there is room for a pool to the side and which a few have done this but it is only a small community and there is around only 8 properties that use the pool which has just been refurbished it is in a private gate. we are only 5 mins walk to the Laguna hotel which is Lo Marabou.
