Looking to buy or rent property on Jessica complex

Hi my husband and I are moving to Quesada in April/May 19 and would be interested in renting or buying on the JESSICA complex on Dona Pepa.We have family in Quesada and know the area very well
Is there anyone who can help please

Hi - if you haven't done already I would recommend that you should speak with the president (Bob and Pauline) - a nicer couple you could not meet and they know most things if not everything that is happening on their very lovely complex.

I am in U.K. (awaiting a bypass) and we did own a holiday home on Jessica but sold last year. Funnily enough Bob rang me on Tuesday.

Hi Ian sorry to hear of your health issues but to reassure you my dad had a triple heart by pass about fifteen years ago and he is going strong at 87.
Regarding the Jessica complex we were suppose to be renting on there for winter let end of Oct 18 but our flat we were selling took ages to go through as a long chain so we didn’t move out till middle of Jan 19 five months it took so unfortunately we couldn’t rent the property.We are now renting in the uk till we find somewhere.
