As I have posted before - my neighbours have both gone out in their car Mon/Tue/Wed in fact twice on Wednesday.
I know they have Internet as he asked me if the fibre cable could run over my land.

The trouble is human s are social animals. How can you change a mind set like that. I can't see this lock down working as so many people are going to work. You can still get on a bus etc.
I wish I had a Crystal ball so I could look into the future. Or maybe not!

The lockdown is designed to suppress the volume of infected people so that the health services can cope.

Any lockdown that reduces the spread of the virus is working.

Article in today's Informacion says they are ramping up roadside checks to make sure people are complying with the regulations and that their journey is within the published regulations. These rolling checkpoints apply to pedestrians and anybody out and about.

I have changed the heading to reflect the no of fines being issued.
