Advice regarding red wine

supermarkets and wine shops, are kept at a constant airconditioned temperature,
do you store your wine at a constant temperature or does the temp very up and down in your house depending on if you have your air con on,buying wine straight from the barrel from a bodega into your own container might help.

I am struggling with this concept “keeping red wine”. Never managed to do that in my house!

I must say i buy mine from a bodegas direct from barrel using the 2 litre plastic it never lasts long enough to go off

You cannot beat a screw cap, unfortunately so far it's new world wines only
