I would say where Costa coffee is. Just get the lift up to the top level.

I always park in the main car park on level 2 and meet them in the glass tunnel

If you meet them at Costa Coffee, just be aware that you can only wait 15 minutes for free. Keep an eye on the ticket time because if you exceed the 15 minutes the barrier won’t let you out until you have paid.

I agree, the top level 5 can be used to pick up free. What I do is wait about 1-2 miles away from the Airport, and tell the people I am picking up to ring me when they have collected all there luggage. I tell them what my registration number is, and ask them to go up to the top floor, and stand outside the coffee lounge. As said before, it is free if you do this within 15mins.

Level 4 turn left put ticket in another machine and park in a virtually empty floor. It costs a little bit more, but do easy. When exiting, pay at machine and reverse procedure, but remember you fill need your ticket not only to exit level 4 but also at main exit barriers

It is only a few euro to park at the airport compared to stansted or Luton which are very expensive

Yes.....why bother with all the convoluted arrangements to save a Euro unless you are a real cheapskate?! The car park is cheap, convenient, and you get to meet your visitors at the arrivals hall which is nice.
