Yes easy to do, click on your order, it will give you the option to return.
Drop item off at Yoigo in Rojales.

All Spanish numbers have 8 digits so you have a digit missing.

Why don’t you go into the contact us section, click contact us by phone, you enter your phone number and then they call you back.

I am only giving the number which is on my order confirmation. That is the number they have given me. Have double checked it three times so must be their error

They can, but Google Translate can sometimes give odd translations.

Slimjet Browser, which I use, can be set up to automatically translate all pages in Spanish to English, including emails. The only thing it doesn't pick up is text embedded in a graphic image, but then very few automatic translators do.

I have never seen a telephone number on an Amazon order and I’ve placed hundreds of orders through Amazon
Can you show us where the phone number is on your order, editing out all personal details

As Marclffe says it couldn't be easier online.
Just click on return item then give the reason for return and you will be asked if you want to return it by Correos and if you do, just print out the return label, stick it on the package and take to the post office. Give them your email address and that's it.
You will then get confirmation from Amazon with minutes with details of your return, and more often than not, the full refund is in my bank account that day, before they have even received the returned goods.
I think it's an excellent service which can be open to abuse because on one return I forgot to put everything back in the returned package, yet Amazon gave me a full refund without question.

Presumably only works if you have ordered something. I just wanna start by translating their Spanish emails.

Shocking, isn't it? I mean, fancy sending emails in Spanish to a Spanish registered address. Should be a law against it.

Of course, you could always just click the right button on your mouse or keypad and select "Translate to English". Or even copy and paste it over to Google Translate.
