Most will have an Amazon locker within reasonable distance but if not there are many many business which are collection points and you can track your delivery to them.

To answer the OP's question, you can get help in English from Amazon by logging into your account, then clicking on Todo/All, then scrolling down to Atencion al Cliente/Customer Support, then Otros y English/Others and English, then 'Get help in English', then Necesito más ayuda/I need more Help
