Please does anyone have a customer helpline in English for Amazon.es I know I had it once but cant find it now Many thanks

If it's aboutc a delivery you call their courier company MRW

+34 902 500 850 (or at 0 800 007 760 from within Spain) where you will find an operator able to speak English as well as Spanish, Portugese and French).

You can also find the address of your local MRW office on their website www.mrw-transporte.com.

You can also email them at [email protected] quoting your order number, if you write in English they will reply in the same.

The Torrevieja office for MRW, which I have collected from many times, closed down months ago, the nearest office I can find online now is in Alicante

They are not answering the phones as very few agents available so best use website

To be honest they are a load of crap, had 6 large boxes delivered today was supposed to be delivered 16,17,18, was told it would be next Monday we had to go out to drs
When we got back the boxes were chucked over the fence of our front never ever will o deal with Amazon.es

Amazon have so many other delivery options that I don't understand why anyone would chose home delivery!

Most will have an Amazon locker within reasonable distance but if not there are many many business which are collection points and you can track your delivery to them.
