BBC switches off satellite signal, what’s next?

Last week the BBC switched off its satellite signal that covered Europe, it’s a service that many thousand expats used to view BBC, ITV etc live. It was a good, free and reliable service, what happens next?

BBC is still broadcasting from astra28.2 east you just need to do a rescan I have done a few today

Last time when I was over I could only get BBC HD channels

There is no dedicated satellite signal which 'covers Europe', what we receive in Spain is exactly the same signal which covers UK.

We had problems with either no BBC service or pixelating problems with HD.
Just added TV to our VegaFibra package and whilst not perfect it is much better than Go Satellite we had. Only cost was that of 5he new black box.

try bbc on regional channels on Sky box 951 to 953 and 954 to 966
bbc2 968 and 969

i used to get all bbc channels
when they stopped sd i was able to get most of bbc hd but the last few days i cannot receive anything
i have a 1.2 dish ( which is perhaps too small now ), and a sky hd box
not always a lot to watch on the bbc now but with my sky box i can have subtitles
my firestick hasnt subs

I cannot get any BBC channels on my Gi box even after a retune
ITV etc all fine but all BBC channels say No Signal
