I have an issue with mail not being delivered to my area in QUESADA since at least 12/7. I have been to PO 3x to be told nothing although I know I was sent b/cards. Surprisingly enough when I asked for the 'hoja de reclamación'(complaint book which every business in Spain, by law, has to have) they miraculously found some of my mail. Not all of it. I must have the longest running birthday in history.

We have a PO box in the Correos in Rojales..

To our knowledge we have never missed a letter or card in nearly 9 years... we get many letters a month, from the UK banks, the Spanish bank, pensions, birthday/anniversary cards, Consum cheques etc and also packets and parcels from Amazon.. and none, not one, has been lost..

When we post from the Correos in nearly 9 years only one letter didn´t arrive (and that could be the UK side of things)

Perhaps you are just unlucky....

How odd, I have never had a problem with post.
