Bigastro life

Hi All,
Anyone got an opinion of life in Bigastro bars, restaurants, public transport, plusses and minuses of living in the area.

Very Spanish, will require some Spanish to talk to locals. Lots of restaurants and bars Spanish. Bus to Torrevieja and Orihuela but would need car to get about. Some banks and shops small supermarkets. Typical Spanish small town.
