Have got a flight booked with Ryanair on the 15 to May from Exeter to Alicante, anybody know how things are Spain end for travel
I would be looking for refund or change date
Don’t bother coming over you won’t be allowed in as allowing Spanish residents in,so get a refund or better still wait till next year.

Why wait until next year? When the UK government lifts restrictions and more importantly the Spanish government do and all the correct procedures are in place then travel to Spain.

Hi..reading through the various postings from the British media it would seem that the earliest people in the main will have had both doses of Vaccine will be somewhere around the end of August...latest figures seem to show that 600,000 have had both shots...with this in mind and with the add on until "you are safe" time after vaccine I would speculate that September onwards would be the time when maybe some travel could be allowed. The irony is that if Spain vaccinates the two shot vaccine with a three week break and also if Spain uses the one shot jab as seems likely as well then Spain could be ready to move forward before the UK is ready. Lots of things to take into consideration especially the message that "The data will be followed rather than the date".Keep well everyone and keep safe...Me I cannot wait for my first nice cold pint and a discussion about whatever with my friends...albeit at a social distance.

I know the effect this has all had on businesses but I really hope they delay travel until we’ve all been vaccinated. I’ll be in the later phases, who knows when, they originally said between July-Sept. Travellers may have been vaccinated but they can still carry the virus and pass it on to us that haven’t.

At the moment you can get back using the padron or proof of property ownership,my friends got back into Alicante airport Sunday evening, don’t know how long those details will last until though. Probably irrelevant anyway as it was the last flight from the north of England til the end of March.

No, not at the moment,so technically shouldn’t have got in,but they did, only people that checked there padron was Ryanair, the Spanish only checked PCR certificate. They are like a load of others, living under the radar, They have started residency now since they returned. If anyone asks I don’t know them.
