Car Hire at 20 years old

Does anyone know of a Company in/around Quesada who will hire a car to a 20 year old?

Hola i don't this is possible untill the driver is 25 years old, due to insurance costs.

Goldcar will hire cars from 19 years old providing you have had the license for at least a year. They do restrict you to the smaller cars, though.
Lord knows how much they'd hammer you for insurance though. Most car hire firms restrict it to 21 or 23 and charge an extra 20 euro a day for insurance.

He went through Goldcar they only do it from the airport and not sure on price as it was my son. The rental itself was quite reasonable I think but he chose to take the full insurance which was quite a lot but then again usually is.
