Unfortunately if he doesn’t have the basic equipment required to do a pre-ITV check, then it’s highly unlikely he’ll be equipped to carry out a full service on a vehicle. Sounds like he’s more of a tyre / puncture repair service but good to know he’s there.

I had an ITV check at Autocentre Rojales a couple of years back, I had used Antonio for a number of years. Following the check I took the vehicle to the ITV centre only to have it fail the test as it needed TWO rear tyres which were completely bald on their interior circumference. Needless to say, that was the end of Autocentre Rojales for me.

We can all only speak as we find Mondo. It’s unfortunate if you’ve had a bad experience with this garage but I’ve had nothing but excellent professional service from them for over three years.

I’ve had tyres, battery, yearly servicing, fault finding and repairs done on my Merc and have been extremely happy each time.

I would never use this garage again. One event could be an error but several?
