We are going out soon so will let you know,it was actually stated by the government at the same time that they said lockdown was extended til April 11th and all of the rules stay the same Apart from the car rule.
And what will you do when you get to where you are going? Only one person allowed into a store, only one person allowed out walking the dog and so on.
Be good if one police car waves you through with two in the car and then another one pulls up and fines you for being out walking together.
Stay at home.

Mis read it's all very confusing, especially the fact the police confirmed it as true to our Spanish friends!

Be very careful. Some are misreading the extension act to the Real Decreto. It says that all car and walking journeys to carry out one of the permitted actions (like shopping etc) are to be made individually. Only where one of the exemptions like carrying a minor, disabled, emergency medical reasons and so on, can have more than one in the car and the second person must be in the rear seat on the opposite side of the driver and wear a face mask.
It does not give carte blanche to go out in twos for shopping and so on. The original restrictions have not been changed.
Obviously confusing but I, for one, am not going to chance it.

Earlier today in Quesada just down from the Smartshop supermarket there was 4 police cars with all the officers standing on the road looking into every car that past presumably looking to see how many was in the car.

I was in the first floor car park of Mercadona today and the Guardia were checking as cars entered the car park, you were in there before you saw them.

Still can't make sense of it all! I only know what I've been told by police and my experience in and around Benejuzer but the fact that national police confirmed it is good enough for me, and if we do get stopped then of course I will let the forum know. Jules
