Go to Wilbys in Rojales absolutely brilliant butcher’s a little further to go but trust me it’s worth it.

Exactly, use a proper butcher. Although if you can find 'CUK' chicken in a supermarket it's worth buying as it is very good.

We find chicken and turkey tasteless unless cooked in a string sauce such as curry. Nearly all poultry is battery farmed, no fresh outdoor produce just processed food. If you can find free range you will be amazed hiw flavoursome the meat and eggs are.

We buy Poyante chicken from Dia or Hyperber as we found elsewhere they were exactly as you said but the Poyante stay moist and no crap comes out of them when cooking.

as mentioned before --- go to the industrial estate in Torry and look for Rios and Only Meats (opposite each other) good Butchers and Quality products.

Consum in Benejuzar sell corn fed chicken which is superb if not I skin the breast get one stock cube mix with a tiny bit of olive oil and rub in and baste
