I’ve purchased them in both Lidl and Mercadona, so I’d guess you’ll find them in most supermarkets.

Ok it was bound to happen, what are Chia seeds? I’ve never heard of them, what use are they and if they germinate what grows?

They are a very good source of fibre, tiny little seeds you can sprinkle in your food, we've been having them for years but last week the doctor told us to use them everyday

Don’t bother, I’ve just looked it up, in the EU it’s a novel food, used a lot by vegans, it’s found in a lot of breakfast bars and breads, as it’s a cheap filler.
Fortunately I’m a carnivore I eat meat, any meat.
Like: Alligator, Beef, Chicken, Emu, Eggs, Fish, Frogs legs, Goat, Horse, Lamb, Ostrich, Pheasant, Pigeon, Pork, Snails, Snake, Turkey, Veal, yep if it runs, walks, flys or swims and it’s edible, in it goes..
