Co-careldopa

Does anyone who has Parkinson’s disease take Co-careldopa 12.5 mg / 50 mg.It has 2 constituents Caribdopa and Levodopa. I am going to be staying in Quesada for longer than my doctor in the UK will prescribe for, therefore I’m looking for a pharmacy that will dispense this medication with a copy of my prescription
