We have a ruling on our Community that if an owner wishes to have work undertaken on their property, that has been previously undertaken by a neighbour then a precedent has been set, and you just need to ask the President and your immediate neighbour if it is ok to continue with the works,

JPeg as far as I am aware no one on our Community has been to the Town Hall for a licence, I always thought that glass curtains were not a permanent structure, so therefore did not need a licence.

Glass curtains require a minor works licence, but installers will not necessarily warn you of this beforehand. We had ours done this year. It's a simple procedure at the town hall with a relatively small cost. Not everyone gets one, but better safe than sorry we decided.
