This is the latest information from the Lo Maribou health Centre, as posted on the web portal.
Due to the Pandemic that we are suffering, you should not come to the Health Center, if it is not truly essential, so we must promote consultations through the Health Portal, as well as to repeat RECIPES: they will be issued by the Portal and you can print them at home, without having to come to the Center.
Please, we need your cooperation to stop what is above us as soon as possible.
Make use of the Portal for doubts and To Repeat recipes.
Thank you

Spains government has decreed a ‘state of alarm’ across the entire country in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
As of today, Saturday, freedom of movement will be severely restricted with citizens required to stay at home for the next 15 days.
All of Spain’s regions and autonomous communities will be put under direct government control, including local police
LOCKDOWN: Spanish PM Pedro Sanchez at La Moncloa today to announce the Royal Decree
Officers will be given special powers to make ‘checks’ on people, goods, vehicles, buildings and establishments while the state of alarm is in effect.
The Royal Decree issued today says citizens will only be able to use public roads for the following reasons:
Acquisition of food, pharmaceuticals and basic necessities.
Visits to health centres.
Travel to the workplace to perform work or business-related activities.
Return to the place of habitual residence.
Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.
Visits to financial entities.
Due to force or need.
Any other activity of an analogous nature duly justified.
The circulation of private vehicles on public roads will only be allowed to carry out the aforementioned activities, or to refuel at petrol stations.
The state of alarm puts all security forces, including the Catalonian Mossos, the Basque Ertzaintza and the local police under the authority of the Interior Ministry.
The Decree adds the army may be drafted in if necessary.
It comes as coronavirus cases have jumped to 5,753 while 138 people have died.

I don't think that's gonna work......12-14 weeks only takes us to June. It wont be fixed by then.....the vaccine is 12-18 months away.

Interesting to see if a lockdown will work to be honest... plenty of evidence that it will just come back with interest as soon as it ends!
Germany & UK with one tactic vs. Italy, France & Spain with another.....

If you get a cold with a headache I would suggest you see a doctor to find the underlying cause

I find it rather strange that Russia has only 34 cases and such a large country and no deaths, they in the past have messed around with viruses even for war purposes. Are they doing something the rest of the world are not?

The difference is that Russia shut the boarders on day one. Everyone else carried on importing people in from China.
Plus you could attribute the fact that the Russians put up with extreme cold symptoms constantly and no doubt just get on with it instead of over prescribing prescription and over the counter drugs for everything. I am sure their immune systems are a lot better placed for it.
