Council Tax ?

We have not received our council tax notifications in the post this year My bank account was deducted in early June for the rubbish collection tax and the car tax. Normally we would receive the small Suma tax slips in the post but not this year. Are we the odd ones out or has nobody received them ? I believe that the council tax for the property is normally September.

Yes, it is usually September. The beginning mine usually gets taken.
You can contact Suma directly and ask when the property tax is due from your account and the value. You will have to fill out a short form and they email you back within a day or so.
I am sure the address is Suma.es, you can opt for the Web page in English if needed.

Wasn't taken until November last year. The SUMA calendar says between 2 August and 5 November.
As other taxes, bins and IVTM, weren't taken until the last possible date (June) it could be the same for the IBI as well.

Just call them +34 965 292 000, Option 3 for English . You need you LEI, email etc, but no problem.

I have been able to print the bill for the car tax by using the website for the SUMA office in Rojales. For the car tax you enter your NIE and registration number and then you can download the bill for printing . It does not seem to work for the refuse collection bill. It says put in the reference number and your NIE. There are two reference numbers against the deduction on my bank account but neither works. The website does suggest you can obtain the number off your bill which I do not have of course.
