Covid Digital Certificate

Where is the settings page on the Lobster website please??

I feel really stupid asking this but I have filled in the form repeatedly but never get the text.
Other people can text me and it comes through. I have checked that the phone number on record is correct but cannot get the text so that I can print off certificate. I have had other people check what I am doing also. Could it possibly be that sometimes the system is overloaded or down so texts dont get sent?

Hi. You're obviously having the same problem as me although it's never happened before. Went back to the UK in August and EU Digital Certificates were fine. Going back in a couple of weeks in which time my wife has had booster so tried to get Certificate. Get to the part where you request SMS code...which never arrives. So don't know if its a Lobster problem or SAN.GVA.ES problem. I have no problem getting messages or sending messages from anywhere else. So rather frustrated!!

It's not a GVA problem because I've just tried it again and got the SMS back in seconds. Then again, it's my old Nokia 3310 on Llamaya.

Also tried it on my Android tablet. Couldn't get the app to work (can't scan the code) but doing it through Google on the GVA site and got the SMS back almost immediately.

Aren't you the lucky one!! Not working for me and several other people who have been in contact with me today!!

Just saying it must be some setting on your phone if the number listed is correct and you say it is.
Either that or a fault from your phone provider.

I've also just obtained a copy for my neighbours, I used my Samsung Android mobile

My phone is also a Samsung Android phone....

I don't think this is anything to do with the phone but is down to the service provider Lobster
