By way of an update for Lobster customers. As of 10 minutes ago Lobster tell me they are aware of the problem getting Covid cert codes and they are "working on it" Meanwhile if I try to send an SMS or reply to one I get a message saying service is unavailable. They are "working" on that too. So, after 10 mins waiting for them to answer the phone and 15 mins on the line explaining it all for the third time this week, they say a supervisor will call me back but not holding my breath. Meanwhile, I'm talking to Europa as suggested by jpeg, about moving my account to them.which I will do if Lobster don't call back

Just tried to go on the GVA app to get details of tests done over a month ago..have the same problem with that no sms message with code coming through ...
Bank sms coming through OK..
I am with lobster as well

Did my husbands covid certificate OK on his phone he is with llama...

Just been on phone with them for 4th time today got an engineer type guy my prob as well as code for covid cert was I was able to get incoming messages from friends but no codes and I couldn't send out now appears one of Lobsters settings was wrong. I can now send and receive sms normally . About to try covid cert site again

What setting did you have wrong was it on the lobster settings or your phone settings ?

Hi Ron/Terry. I spoke to a Lobster person outside Iceland in La Marina. She spoke to someone at Lobster..and I later got an email from Lobster saying they were aware of the problem and were working on it. I won't hold my breath. Ron, what settings did you change please??

Changed the message setting in the sms app I went to settings, more settings,text messages
It was showing my phone number which engineer said was wrong he had me enter a new number which is part my number and part theirs. I rebooted and sms working normally still can't get code for Covid Cert though which they say they're working on. Seems some banks affected too

We have just done ours, hubby is on lobster and down loaded both certificates no problem.

Can you explain where the sms app is or talk me through what you did as I can't even find my number!!
