Covid documents to travel from UK

Morning and apologies if this or similar has been posted before.
I’ve been out to Spain twice this year, I’m vaccinated but with a trial jab so have needed a PCR test to enter. No issues at all.
I’m due out again next week but in the meantime I have picked up covid. I’m out of isolation in the UK now and have a covid recovery certificate. I’ve seen conflicting information as to whether this will be suitable for entry to Spain. Some sites say yes some say no. Obviously I cannot now go for a PCR test as I will get a false positive result.
So my question is has any Uk citizen entered Spain using covid recovery certificate

I have corrected this in light of Graham_Lynn post as my original post quoted entry requirements which only applied to EU passport holders or Spanish Residents entering Spain.

UK passport holders travelling as tourists to Spain may only use a vaccination Cert of an approved vaccine or if not fully vaccinated a PCR test taken within 72hrs of entry to Spain. UK Covid Recovery Certs are not accepted by Spanish Authorities at this time.
