Hi. Got on the app but says on new appointments, none pending. So will just have to keep checking, unless I'm in not doing it right. Now I think about it I was a week after most of you on the forum.

Have you tried what Espanabums suggested, it worked for me:

I have just gleaned a new way to do it. Go to the app store in your phone and download GVA+ app. Enter your date of birth dd/mm/yyyy, use your camera to scan the bar code on the back of your SIP. Confirm your SIP number and , if you have one, your new vaccination appointment will appear.

I struggled a bit at first, but got there eventually. Check first of all in your settings on your device that the app can use your camera. My iPad app wasn’t allowed to use the camera and that’s why I got stuck. It was only when I used my phone to access the app and it went straight to the camera that the penny dropped that the settings could be wrong on my iPad.

So of you enter app use the second option of scanning your card, you get to the next screen where you have to enter your date of birth. Then click to scan your card and the app should magically open your camera.Hover your camera over the rear of you card, where the bar code is. It’s takes a little while to recognise it, but once it has,it flashes up your sip card number. Confirm , it then tells you to set up a four digit PIN number, once you’ve done that it automatically takes you to your pending appointments.if you’ve got a Covid jab appointment it’ll show up there. It does tell you the date and time and venue on that page, but if you tap to open you get a bit more info and directions to the address.

If you are trying to find out if you have a jab coming up . Using the WEBSITE WORKS but it tells you that you should use MICROSOFT EDGE . Or FIREFOX .

Enter your details + the date your Sipcard was issued fill in the this is me box . You will get a text on your phone to fill in next. Then you can check your file .

I have just registered both myself & my wife on our phones & they are both saying information may not be available for up to 24 hours after registering. Has anyone else had this. Both our names, NIE numbers etc are showing as correct so we appear to have registered correctly.

I got mine immediately once we sussed it out. I went the way Espanabums explained and it worked OK for me. We just had a problem scanning the bar code but we think the light in the lounge was too dim once we turned main light on it worked fine.
